Randstad US - Melville Human Resources Manager in Ronkonkoma, New York

A company in Ronkonkoma, NY is looking for an HR Manager to join their team! This is a permanent full time opportunity, Spanish speaking is preferred. This person will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and payroll. salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Ensure the companys compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Nurturing a positive working environment and promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, conduct salary benchmarking, and develop competitive compensation packages. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics. Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to upper management based on HR analytics.
