Adecco is hiring immediately for a warehouse Customer Service Representative job in Romeoville, IL. This warehouse Customer Service job requires to handle all administrative duties relating to the receiving, sorting, maintaining, shipping, and invoicing of the customer’s inventory. The Warehouse Customer Service Representative works directly with the warehouse leadership team, associates, and customers.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm plus over time as needed.

Responsibilities for this Warehouse Associate job include:

· Process and monitors shipping and receiving transactions and documentation, including, but not limited to receipts, bills of lading, orders, confirming shipments for specific customers to ensure timeliness and accuracy.

· Communicates effectively with transportation, OFR, management, co-workers, and customers choosing the proper media (phone, email, face-to-face)

· Manages customer information using Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office products and generates reports for customer per their requirements.

· Monitors damaged and/or on -hold product and notifies vendors and works with OFRs.

· Works continuously to exceed customer expectations by:

-Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

-Handling all situations to establish win-win outcomes in the best interests of customers and organizations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction.

• Strong Experience in Excel

• Experience in Shipping and Bills of Landings

• Working knowledge of WMS, Excel

• High School Diploma or highest degree earned.

• Ability to clearly communicate with manager, customer, and coworkers.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pay Details: $19.25-$20.25 per hour
