Robert Half Marketing Assistant in Rome, New York

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in the food and food processing industry. The role is based in Rome, New York. The job involves assisting with planning events, conducting product and packaging research, and supporting the launch of new products.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in planning and executing various events such as sales meetings, trade shows, trainings, tours, and local community events

• Conducting research for product and packaging development in line with industry standards and trends

• Assisting in the launch of new food products, ensuring all marketing elements align with brand awareness strategies

• Providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager, including coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications

• Utilizing marketing tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Adobe Acrobat to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions

• Creating and managing advertising campaigns and brochures for product promotion

• Delivering presentations at events and meetings to promote products and the brand

• Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, resolving any issues or queries in a timely manner. Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a similar marketing role or relevant field

• Proficiency in using Facebook Insights and Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting

• Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful advertising campaigns

• Proven track record in enhancing brand awareness through various marketing strategies

• Experience in designing marketing materials such as brochures

• Strong skills in campaign planning and execution

• Outstanding customer service skills and experience in dealing with clients

• Experience in coordinating events, including community events

• Excellent public speaking skills and ability to deliver presentations effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Knowledge in using Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Creativity and innovative thinking in devising marketing strategies and campaigns

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
