Our client, a leading organization in the human resources sector, is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be part of the HR Department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rome, GA

Pay Range: $67,200.00 - $92,160.00

What's the Job?

• Oversee and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

What's Needed?

• Proven working experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar role.

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

• • Ability to apply intensive and diversified evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard plant human resources techniques, procedures, and criteria. • Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner. • Working knowledge of the following areas: employee relations, H.R. management, industrial relations, business practices, H.R. legal practices, Labor Relations (if applicable) and generally accepted managerial practices and procedures. • Ability to use a computer and productivity software, such as Office. • Ability to demonstrate a growth mindset and resiliency.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in a manufacturing environment. • Experience in high growth and startup environments.
