Make a Difference:

The primary purpose of the Assistant Executive Housekeeper is to provide guests with an excellent room experience, while assisting the Executive Housekeeper to ensure operational standards and procedures are being followed by all associates.

What You Will Be Doing:

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

  • Create a best in class guest experience by engaging with guests, provide friendly service, meet operational standards, and resolve guest concerns;

  • Train and educate Associates regarding brand and Atrium standards;

  • Help ensure financial goals of the department are being met through well managed stock, cost controls, and well managed schedules;

  • Provide services to guests in an efficient and timely manner by coordinating with other departments and their leaders;

  • Perform and/or assist with cleaning duties as necessary;

  • Maintain an accurate record of lost and found items;

  • Practice hotel emergency procedures to include fire, life, and safety;

  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions;

  • Support other departments as needed based on business demands;

  • Deputize in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper; and

Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Bring Your Experience:

Required Prior Experience:

Prior leadership and/or supervisory experience

Preferred Prior Experience:

Hospitality industry experience

Preferred Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical:

Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally. Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.

Other:

Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual (per the dominant language spoken at the location)
