YOUR ROLE

  • Monitors, reports on and steers business unit innovation processes, projects, portfolio and financial metrics.

  • Drives and executes strategic innovation plans, initiatives and projects within the SBU.

  • Directs the Adhesives Development Process and associated software and governance.

  • Executes innovation projects as the project manager.

  • Leads & motivates cross-functional teams.

  • Leads regular project and program review meetings with project teams and key stakeholders.

  • Coaches project team members with innovation process responsibilities and assists with product launch quality ensuring thorough risk management.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Technical or business management background with 5+ years of experience

  • Project management experience (PMP certification preferred)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience on global and cross-functional teams

  • Digital analytical capabilities including understanding and application of advanced analytics and visualization

  • Expertise in Excel including high proficiency with Excel formulas and experience with Power Pivot

  • Power BI familiarity is preferred

The salary for this role is $89,400.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
