**[Summary [We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Field Technician to join our dynamic team as a full time employee. As an IT Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for various hardware and software systems. Additionally, you are responsible for the installation of structured copper and fiber cabling for wireless and wired networks, Audio Visual equipment and camera systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently and as a team member as needed.

To repair, operate, install, test and troubleshoot integrated and complex network systems

Install, repair and maintain copper and fiber cabling

Installation and servicing of other IT and AV equipment

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.

Conduct pre-install site surveys and compile reports accordingly

Follows company policies and procedures

Creates documentation for project activity audit trail

Troubleshoots network and cabling problems

Assists in research for solutions to network problems

Pursues continuous learning and shares knowledge with others

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients on-site.

Perform system upgrades and updates as necessary.
