\ Job Description\ The Summer Marketing Intern will join our internal marketing team, working from either Portland or Rockport. The role provides the flexibility of a four-day work week (32 hours/week) throughout May- August working three days in the office and one day working from home. This opportunity may be the perfect fit for someone excited to meet with different departments across the Bank, collaborate on projects and gain hands-on experience. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Designing imagery and advertisements for community ads, social media posts, etc.\ Creating content and posting to social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness\ Tracking and reporting on complaints on social media\ Creating content and posting to Camden National Banks internal website to inform and educate employees\ Writing blog posts\ Assisting with coordination of internal and external events\ Creating digital ads for online banking platform\ Assisting with internal apparel shopping cart store\ Generating engaging activities for employees to partake in\ Other duties as assigned\ Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or New Media Degree\ Good verbal and written communication skills\ Experience in the following platforms: Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Adobe Acrobat Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop)\ Experience in posting on Social Media sites include: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn\ Willingness to work independently, as well as with other team members in collaborative environment\ Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills\ Dependable with the ability to maintain deadlines
