Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Customer Experience Associate - Rockport in Rockport, Indiana
Description
Responsibilities:
Works closely with customers and discusses our discounts.
Resolves issues about any of our discounts or programs.
Reaches out to customers and sets appointments.
Cross-sells to our customers with regards to the Multi-Line discount.
Handles incoming calls and answers any questions.
Collects payments and makes policy changes.
Sets up bill accounts and works on other simple billing requests.
Submits claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.
Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
May assist with INFB Health Plans.
Any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements for Success:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred.
Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year.
Working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn this information quickly.
Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interact professionally with our internal and external clients.
Proficient in using Android and Apple phones.
Ability to have patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology.
