The Senior Financial Analyst is a key contributor in the financial planning and analysis process. This position will provide support during month-end close, assist in the forecasting process, and provide crucial variance analysis to the management team. Must be a US Persons.

Compiling and analyzing financial data to create accurate, clear, and concise financial reports.

Prepare various month end journal entries and recons, as well as assist with preparation of month end presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data and support decision-making.

Focus on continuous improvement to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Assist in budgeting process.

Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with forecasts.

Perform additional research and analysis as required.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required. 5 + years relevant experience. S olid understanding of GAAP accounting principles. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on advanced excel skills. SAP and/or Power BI experience are a plus.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Ability to perform complex and confidential tasks with speed and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience with OneStream financial consolidation software is a plus. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
