Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Materials Repair Analyst to manage our aviation supply chain operations for a high-profile aerospace program. This position requires expertise in planning, forecasting, order placement, and expediting critical orders to ensure efficient program execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new and existing orders for aircraft parts, ensuring timely placement and expedited processing to meet program needs.

• Monitor inventory levels and facilitate consensus across sales, operations, and procurement teams to optimize supply chain performance.

• Engage in continuous improvement of scheduling and inventory management practices.

• Participate in planner training sessions including systems such as SAP and APO, contributing to team skill enhancement.

• Attend program-specific reviews and update the team on parts delivery statuses.

• Take on additional planning responsibilities as needed to support various program objectives.

Core Job Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering desired (not required with matching experience)

• 2-7+ years of supply chain experience within the aerospace industry; ideally focused on materials and repairs planning and analysis

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP and APO.

• Legal authorization to work in the US required: Due to the nature of this work, US Citizenship
