What YOU Will Do:

  • Lead Integrated Program Team and Control Account Management (CAM) duties

  • Manage SE Level 5 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and ensure EVMS compliance, including ETC calculations, BCR processing, and variance analysis

  • Create work and planning packages; coordinate with finance for charge numbers

  • Identify and mitigate risks to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals

  • Oversee project and budget status, manage schedules, and ensure on-time deliverables

  • Direct technical, manufacturing, and administrative teams on assigned projects

  • Contribute to the integrated master schedule and project planning

  • Prepare proposals, business plans, budgets, and contract terms

  • Manage complex projects, including design/release plans

  • Develop and maintain engineering design/modeling guidance and instructions

  • Apply advanced expertise to support the program, department, or business unit

  • Expand your expertise in integrating design, development, and testing processes, from conceptual design through to final product release, contributing to the future of aerospace technology.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling tools

  • Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) applications

  • Experience working with SAP and other Material Requirements Planning (MRP) applications

  • Familiarity with Teamcenter, ALM, or PLM applications

  • Strong background in Cost Accounting and Earned Value Management

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
