Responsibilities for this position include: Manage the daily operations of Mission Assurance Engineers Provide leadership and development support to team members Analyze data and drive process improvements Review and/or develop inspection plans based upon statistical methods Use Lean tools such as risk assessment, 8D, DFMEA and/or PFMEA Be a liaison with DCMA Assure established policies and procedures are being followed Manage group staffing to meet workload Skills Needed: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team Excellent communication skills Ability to make sound technical decisions Attention to details Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Position Requirements: BS or higher degree in STEM Must be a US citizen At least 6 years of Relevant Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance Experience Preferred: Able to use custom manufacturing software (i.e. Solumina) to maintain quality records, traceability, etc. Lean Six Sigma training and certification Salary Range: $99,400 - $149,000
