This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB). About the Position: This position is located with the Army Sustainment Command, Rock Island Arsenal, IL. Responsibilities Plan and coordinates a variety of service functions that are principally work-supporting. Prioritize administrative issues based on unit's overall mission. Provide for the improvement and simplification of reporting requirements through analysis of data reported, analysis of the requirements and methods for preparation of report. Maintain senior leadership personnel profiles and ensure accurate and timely submission of actionable items. Arrange and plan for unit's CONUS and OCONUS travel using automated systems. Plan, coordinate, support and execute a variety of social functions. Manage and review the program's standard office configurations. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year one year of specialized experience which includes: develop, implement and maintain administrative practices; communicate administrative policy, goal, mission or philosophy regarding Sexual Harassment/Assault Prevention Program; provide support services such as report management, personnel management, records management, travel coordinator, event coordinator, supply management or calendar management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Education Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. One year trial/probationary period may be required. Direct Deposit of Pay is required.
