Job Title: Housekeeper

Reports To: Facilities Team Leader

Position Summary: Supports Facilities Team Leader with activities related to maintaining the cleanliness of the Office, Shipping/Receiving, Break Rooms, and Restrooms to ensure needs are met by performing the following duties personally.

• Clean offices, lobby, break rooms, restrooms, corridors, elevator, stairways, locker rooms, and other areas

• Clean rugs, carpets, and furniture using vacuum cleaners or shampooers

• Sweep, scrub, wax and/or polish floors using brooms, mops and/or powered scrubbing or cleaning machines

• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas

• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures • Clean all porcelain and metal fixtures daily

• Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean and tidy

• Replace light bulbs in office areas using a ladder

• Wash windows, walls, baseboard, doors, and ceilings as directed

• Maintain proper inventory levels of supplies and communicate shortages promptly

• Support 5S activities in Team • Perform other duties as required or assigned
