Primary Responsibility

A West Irondequoit substitute teacher aide is a valued member of our team and provides non-instructional duties under the supervision of a teacher.

Job Duties

• Preparing scripts for recording purposes.

• Assisting in physical care tasks and health-related activities as appropriate.

• Assisting students with behavioral/management needs.

• Assisting in proctoring and other tasks related to the administration of examinations.

• Managing records, materials and equipment.

• Adheres to the West Irondequoit Code of Conduct.

• Supervising students.
