The Opportunity:

CACI is searching for a Program Manager to oversee and manage contractual, technical, and schedule performance for DOD contracts. This includes coordination of programs supporting the business needs of the organization.

For pre-award work, the Program Manager will support the sales team to develop and coordinate RFI and proposal responses to include corporate management reviews, customer facing product demonstrations and requisite meetings.

For post-sale work, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and cost of contracts. This will require management of and coordination with multi disciplinary teams, including remote personnel, in a matrix organization to support oversight, management and reporting to corporate leadership.

Responsibilities:

Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality

• Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members

• Maintain coordination with the COR and Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status.

• Ensure production schedules are met in coordination with operations and system resources are used effectively

• Coordinate resolution of production-related problems

• Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.

• Schedule and manage all major program review

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Business, Financial, Management, or Engineering discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing DOD/Government Programs

• Demonstrated experience presenting briefings to customer management, and customer stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Proficient at coordinating and managing proposals to include both Technical and Cost Volumes.

Desired Experience

• Prior experience in or knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems

• Demonstrated experience managing IDIQ programs with multiple active task orders using various contract types.

• Demonstrated experience managing programs delivering technologically complex radio solutions.

• PMP certification

• Prior experience in engineering and operations/manufacturing environment with RF related DoD products

• Prior experience with radio products utilizing Type 1 encryption

• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
