Adecco is actively recruiting for a Production Supervisor in Rochester, NY. The Production Supervisor willl be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production lines, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Job duties for the Production Supervisor in Rochester, NY are the following:

-Enforces safety, company policies and any rues and regulations set up by management.

-Resolves worker grievances or confers with Production manager on unsettles grievances for action.

-Conduct employee disciplinary actions as needed.

-Responsible for approving and scheduling all employee vacation requests.

-Documenting all employee accidents reported and following the correct OSHA procedures and H.R Procedures.

-Trains new, permanent employees in manufacturing, safety and quality procedures.

-Resolves production and employee related issues in the plant on a daily basis.

-Attends daily production meeting with upper management.

-Implement, maintain, and support all company policies and procedures.

-Facilitates weekly production meetings with employees.

Job requirements for the Production Supervisor in Rochester, NY are the following:

-Associate’s degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school.

-2-4 years of previous Production Team Lead or Production Supervisory experience.

-Microsot experience.

-Strong mathematical skills.
