    How do you excel in this position

    The primary purpose of this role is to lead the design and development of the Microgrid on a Skid product, ensuring it meets all performance, safety, and regulatory standards while overseeing start-up procedures and commissioning in both factory and field settings. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to refine specifications, calibrate systems, and optimize performance. You'll help to define the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with company goals. Managing the certification process to ensure compliance with industry standards is crucial, as is documenting processes, configurations, and system adjustments. Additionally, you will oversee manufacturing and fabrication to maintain product quality, oversee procurement to secure materials, and collaborate with sales to integrate market-driven features. Your leadership will be essential in developing and managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

    What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, Product Management, or in a related field required.

  • 10 years of experience in product design and management, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.

  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools required.

  • Strong understanding of microgrid systems and sustainable energy solutions required.

  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget required.

  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams required.

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for energy products required.
