Description

We are offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Support Specialist in Rochester, New York. This role is essential in providing advanced customer service and support in property and casualty suite of products, workers' compensation, ERISA bonds, BOP, and EPLI. The successful candidate will be proficient in handling customer inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, and managing client relations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed customer service and support to both internal staff and external clients

• Maintain an updated knowledge base on the products and services

• Assist users with technical product queries, solving problems and conducting necessary research

• Handle customer inquiries related to the Property & Casualty suite of products and/or the Workers’ Compensation Payment Services

• Accurately record all internal and external communication

• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the portfolio, corresponding systems, and internal/external processes

• Develop and recommend enhancements to existing processes and procedures
