Job Description:

*This position is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Candidates must be available to work holidays as required.

To assist the Instrument Coordinator and Operations Manager in providing quality service to the OR department. The OR Liaison facilitates the interactions between the SPD and OR. The decisions made by the OR Liaison, and the interpersonal skills used to implement those decisions, must foster an environment of caring and dedication amongst the employees.

Salary Range:

$24.24-$29.81 an hour

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years SPD or OR experience required.

3. License/Certification preferred: Certification required from a nationally recognized Sterile Processing Technician program

4. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
