Camping World is seeking a Group Accounting Manager for our growing team.

Job Description:

• Overall ownership of Financial Reporting for multiple dealerships in Northeast United States with main office in Rochester (Gates), NY.

• Income statement, balance sheet, journal entries, and financial analysis.

• Monthly closing.

• Journal entries.

• Floor Plan Reconciliations.

• Analysis, reconciliation, and tracking of balance sheet accounts (Prepaid, Inventory, Liabilities, Fixed Assets, etc.).

• Analysis and tracking of income statement accounts (Revenue, Cost, Expense, etc.).

• Monitor transactions posted by clerical team for reasonableness (Payroll, Receivables, Payables).

• Analysis and reconciliation of balances with other dealerships within the company (intercompany).

• Development of new processes, policies, and procedures in a professional, SOX compliant accounting environment.

Required Experience:

• Leadership, time management, and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to learn quickly.

• Able to handle a complicated workload in a fast-paced environment.

• 4-year (undergraduate) Accounting degree.

• 5+ years accounting experience required. Industry experience helpful.

• Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).

• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.

• Detail oriented.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong work ethic.

• Willingness to travel on occasion. (Travel should be minimal, but sometimes required.)

• Willingness to work late during month end close to meet deadlines.

Pay Range:

$66,500.00-$99,725.00 Annual
