Proven track record of managing clinical operations and achieving measurable outcomes. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and quality improvement methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on patient care excellence. Capacity to balance clinical priorities with financial and operational considerations. Proven ability to deliver sustained levels of high patient satisfaction. Experience working in highly matrixed organizations. Experience in integrating complex clinical operations and distinct cultures. Demonstrated record of accomplishment of redefining and creating new models of care focused on quality outcomes for the communities served. Results-driven leader with experience in developing, designing and executing clinical programs that create measurable outcomes in quality, service, finance, growth and people. Experience with population health and value based care deliver.
