Adecco US, Inc. Clean Room Operator- 2nd Shift in Rochester, New York

Adecco is currently seeking Clean Room Operators, Rochester, NY. To be considered for the Clean Room Operator position, candidates must have a minimum of 1-year previous experience in manufacturing environment. The Clean Room Operator will maintain clean room processes and procedures along with Safety and Quality manufacturing requirements.

Responsibilities of the Clean Room Operator:

  • Operates machinery and packs parts to meet quality and production standards.

  • Works with Set-up personnel and Process Technicians to maintain production schedules and customer delivery dates.

  • Maintain detailed records/documentation to support production activities as described in SOPs and other job specific procedures.

  • Collaborate with the Quality department.

  • Flexible and able to work in all areas assigned to meet customer requirements.

  • Strict adherence to cGMP standards and clean room operating procedures and pass/maintain training requirements for Excelsior, Karma, Periscope, and other clean room specific products.

  • Attend to all levels of automation, troubleshoot common issues, restart automation and/or molding machinery.

  • Communicate problems to other team members during cross over meetings.

  • Capable of working in non-clean room manufacturing environment based on production needs.

Requirements of the Clean Room Operator:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Previous clean room experience preferred.

  • Prior Plastics Injection Molding experience preferred.

  • Ability to learn and display an understanding of quality, safety, and process knowledge.

  • Capable of working with team members as needed.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Pay Details: $16.25 per hour
