Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager for their Rochester, NY and surrounding branch locations. In this role you will be responsible for all day-to-day sales operations within the office and ongoing collaboration with the Sales Manager, clients and entire sales team.

This position would be ideal for an organized Assistant Sales Manager interested in applying their expertise to lead and support the Sales Manager and entire residential sales team.

Responsibilities:

· Customer relations including conflict resolution and timely follow-up

· Development and growth of all branches determined by the Sales Manager

· Organize sales team schedules

· Assist with reporting of field staff including all analytics/charting/monthly progress reports

· Participate in, assist, and contribute to department meetings

· Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training

· Assist with developing office strategy & strategic planning

· Attend trade shows to identify new services and products

· Review financial and other performance indicators

· Assist with progress reports, sales targets, and performance reviews

· Assist Sales Manager with employees one to one meetings

· Responsible for ride alongs with sales reps in all locations

Job Qualifications:

· Associate degree in business administration, or equivalent experience

· 3+ years of leadership/management experience

· Flexibility with travel as it relates to visiting branches is required

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

The starting base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
