Responsibilities

Exciting opportunity to join our team supporting critical care nurses and operations across the service. This position is a new role supporting Adult Critical Care units by facilitating patient throughput and providing clinical support. Primary responsibilities include transportation of ICU patients, assisting with patient admissions or transfers, and responding to critical needs across the service. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all modalities of care, have excellent communication and prioritization skills, be self-driven, detail oriented, and have 3 to 5 years critical care experience, CCRN certification preferred.

Qualifications

Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 3 years of RN experience. This position utilizes expert skill and knowledge to deliver nursing care, directs others, and assumes the role as a care coordinator or preceptor.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $41.00- $54.19

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job¿s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
