The McDonald’s Team Member/Crew Member position is a plethora of food service & customer service responsibilities rolled into one. You’ll learn to serve customers in our dining area, drive thru, and various positions in the kitchen.

What does a McDonald’s Team Member do?

• Connects with customers to ensure they have a positive experience

• Helps customers order their favorite McDonald's meals

• Prepares all of McDonald’s World-Famous food

• Partners with other Crew & Managers to meet daily goals & have fun

• Keeps our restaurants clean, sanitary, & looking fantastic!

  Example Shifts:

• 7AM - 11:30AM

• 7AM - 3PM

• 8AM - 4PM
