Creative Circle Senior UX Designer (13193) in Rochester, Minnesota

Our healthcare client is looking for a Senior UX Designer. This role is: - 40 hours/week - 6 month contract with potential to extend - Fully Remote (must reside in the US) The ideal candidate: - Minimum of 7 years' experience in UX Design and UX Research - Demonstrated experience with designing wireframes, prototyping, delivery of "ready for dev" user interfaces using Figma - Collaborative and iterative approach to UI design in an agile environment - Native React experience is a plus - Familiarity in working in an agile environment - Portfolio that demonstrates your thought process and how you got to the end result - End-to-end knowledge of all stages of user experience design - sketch, prototyping, iteration, refinement and evaluation - Very comfortable in talking about the technology of the product, understanding the product's capabilities, and tell the story. This role is more around complex solutioning rather than making it look "pretty" - Able to speak and present to key stakeholders - Generative AI experience preferred, not required This is an exciting role for someone who wants to come in and support the development of a product focused on clinical trial studies. You will play across UX strategy, research and design in this role! You will be responsible for: - Working with research insights from the Human- Centered design process, you will listen to the needs of their patients and physicians and respond with design that delivers - Help sell the vision of the product more and tell the story of the content creators experience, as well as visualizing how the product can transform and improve - This role is around understanding what the product needs are, doing discovery upfront, identifying the needs of patients and physicians, and using insights you will draw up concepts and design approaches. - Create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes and design specs - Deliver use cases, user journeys, user flow diagrams, navigation structures and information architecture - Working with the product and engineering teams, you will shape products that advocate for user needs, deliver on business requirements, and contribute to a best-in-class seemless user experience
