Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Vision Insurance Basic Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Employer Paid Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Adoption Assistance Plan Qualifications: Completion of an accredited professional nursing program Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license BLS certification within 90 days of hire ACLS certification within 90 days of hire One to three years nursing experience preferred Knowledge in cardiac telemetry, EKG analysis, behavioral change education, and exercise recommendations for clinical patients specific to Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Job Responsibilities: Practice of Professional Nursing includes but is not limited to: Provides a comprehensive health assessment of baseline health statue to provide a collaborative plan of care. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and coordinate an integrated plan of care. Implements nursing care through the execution of independent nursing actions. Implements interventions that are delegated, ordered, or prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider and continuously evaluates responses to interventions. Provides safe and effective nursing care and environment. Provides health promotion, disease prevention, care coordination, and case finding. Participates in the development and maintenance of healthcare policies, procedures, and systems. Manages information in accordance with state and federal regulations. Performs other job duties as assigned.
