About Us Briese Iron Works is a growing provider of steel fabrication services specializing in high-quality structural and misc metals. We work with a diverse range of clients delivering projects of various scales. Our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction is central to everything we do. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage projects to be completed at or below the estimated budget Attend bid review and project turnover meetings Oversee project schedules for both billing and work activities. File change orders for all project changes Prepare all documents necessary for the job start and closeout. Process all orders for material required for the project. Ensure that all work is being done in compliance with company policies. Ensure that all work is completed according to the specifications for the project. Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Review the daily progress of all projects. Ensure the data being entered into the system daily (payables, hours, etc.) is correct. Prepare all billings. Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Valid Driver s License Education: A High School diploma is required (Bachelors degree in related field preferred). The qualifications listed above are guidelines. Experience and Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related project management software. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Job Type: Full-time
