Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 / Hour

What you'll be doing as a Diesel Mechanic Apprentice:

• Identifying issues with diesel engines and related systems using diagnostic tools and software.

• Repairing or replacing faulty components like fuel injectors, turbochargers, pistons, and valves.

• Routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and filter replacements are also common.

• Conducting inspections and testing

• Inspecting engine parts, assessing fluid levels, testing electrical systems, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure engines meet safety and regulatory standards.

• Performing extensive engine overhauls or rebuilds when necessary.

• The canidate will watch and follow his / her mentor,retrieve tools, parts and learn about safety and the process.

• We are willing to work around schooling for Diesel Mechanic school.

• We are open in the shop from 6 AM to 9 PM Monday through Friday so we are willing to work around schooling.

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Must be going to school for a Diesel Mechanic.

• Must be willing to learn.

• Background Check Required

• Drug Test Required
