ABA therapy and provide clinical feedback to staff regarding the session. Create and maintain organizational systems to ensure compliance and accurate implementation of clinic processes. Perform behavior technician roles on challenging behavior cases and be a substitute behavior technician when there are staff absences or vacations. Participate in parent training sessions.
