Adecco is looking for forklift operator in the Rocester Hills, MI area. Our large worldwide client is looking to for someone with extensive experience operating a forklift, HiLo, or similar machine. The ideal candidate needs to have 3+ years of forklift experience, ability to input data on a computer, and other job functions surrounding the movement of product.

The hours are 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday. This is a long-term contract position but would be brought on full time at a later date.

Job title : Material Handler/Forklift Position

Job Summary The candidate will work as a Material Handler responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and entering shipment data into computer systems. They will also need intermediate computer skills to perform basic data entry in Excel.

Even Simpler: The job is for someone who helps move items in a warehouse and uses a computer to keep track of shipments.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

• Forklift experience

• Intermediate computer skills for data entry

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Experience with shipping and receiving activities

• Basic written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry

• Experience loading and unloading trailers

Skill Education

• Forklift: A forklift is a powered industrial truck used to lift and move materials over short distances.

• Excel: Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program used for data entry and analysis.

• Shipping: The process of transporting goods from one location to another.

• Data Entry: The act of entering information into electronic formats through word processing or other software.

REQUIREMENTS:

-3+ years of Forklift experience

Pay Details: $16.50 to $19.50 per hour
