$75/hr - $82/hr

We have an emergent need for a test lead for the IVR R2 project.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. 7 – 10 years testing experience with 3 – 5 years’ experience leading a team of testers

  2. Nuance, and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.

  3. Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role

  4. Able to travel up to 50% to either Merrillville, IN (south of Chicago) and Columbus OH as needed.

  5. Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest – must have

  6. Experience with other testing tools (test automation and performance testing) – nice to have

  7. Utilities industry experience – nice to have but highly preferred.

  8. Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills

  9. PMP and other test technology certifications – nice to have

  10. Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks

This is a 10-month contract. Duration: 12+ months.
