Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while handling inventory. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to complete a specific number of swaps within a designated time frame. Additionally, you will maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric

• Handle inventory

• Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively

• Work in a loud and fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks within specified timeframes

• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Skills

• General labor experience

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

• Experience in construction, production, or carpentry

• Commercial construction and assembly experience

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Physical capability for repetitive work, including lifting, pulling, pushing

• Experience with tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 pounds

This is a Contract position based out of Robbinsville Township, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
