About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Manager to join a manufacturing team in Roanoke. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Quality Management System for the entire company, ensuring production meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Quality Management System

  • Lead the development and execution of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)

  • Oversee quality staff, ensuring proper training and assignment

  • Interpret quality standards and translate them into actionable plans

  • Conduct and coordinate quality audits and investigations

  • Document findings, assign corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement

  • Participate in project planning sessions with a quality focus

  • Ensure quality documentation is completed, compliant, and organized

  • Communicate effectively with project team and client personnel

  • Present quality goals and objectives in meetings

  • Conduct regular performance reviews of quality staff

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the industrial sector

  • Proven ability to manage and implement a Quality Management System

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • ASQ certifications (preferred)

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
