In this role, you will help develop and apply quality procedures as required to incorporate special tests, audits or to improve total manufacturing and repair processes by supporting our team in providing the highest level of product satisfaction to our expanding customer base. *[Job Summary: [The Quality Control Manager ensures the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system as related to the regulatory and certification requirements of the organization. The QC Manager is also responsible for the management of internal and external audits, improvement of quality performance metrics through continuous improvement initiative, activities, and events. Manage all quality operations, either directly or through subordinates, for the purpose of establishing and meeting goals for production, quality, cost, and safety objectives

Responsible for establishing, monitoring, and maintaining Company quality management system; including administration of manuals, procedures, work instructions and related quality system documentation

Establishes appropriate inspection oversight for in-process inspections and final inspections, including sampling procedures

Interacts regularly with Sales, Engineering, and Production departments to establish quality standards and reporting requirements for raw materials, work in progress, outside processing, finished products, and warranty returns

Develops and maintains personnel requirements for Quality department and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Companys policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems

Supports outside audits performed by customers and regulatory bodies to industry standards

Conducts daily activities with a strong leadership presence and high sense of responsibility and ownership equal to or exceeding standards

Builds a strong team across department boundaries
