We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Legal Bookkeeper in Palm Beach Gardens. The role involves maintaining and controlling the company's financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be an integral part of our team, handling a variety of tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Account Reconciliation, Payroll, QuickBooks, and Trust Account.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire accounts payable process, ensuring that all invoices are verified and paid promptly

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, including the timely generation of invoices and collection of payments

• Conduct regular bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records

• Handle payroll functions, including processing paychecks and managing employee benefits

• Utilize QuickBooks to track financial transactions and generate financial reports

• Manage trust accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.

Requirements

• Possession of strong knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated ability to perform Bank Account Reconciliation

• Skilled in processing Payroll

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks Desktop software

• Experience in managing Trust Accounts

• Prior experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
