Description

We are searching for a diligent Order Entry Clerk to join our team in the machinery manufacturing industry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves supporting customers with equipment and parts orders, preparing and reviewing export documents, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with equipment and/or parts orders.

• Receive and enter customer orders.

• Monitor the progress of orders and any revisions to confirm that shipment aligns with products and shipping dates.

• Prepare and review export documents.

• Arrange logistics for international shipments.

• Prepare equipment and part quotations.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Order Entry Clerk role

• Knowledge of SAP and Zendesk

• Experience with handling Purchase Orders

• Bilingual Spanish/English

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
