job summary:

Join our team as a Picker, handling lightweight toy boxes (1-15 lbs) for shipment. You'll use an RF scanner (previous RF scanner experience is required) to pick items, label items, load and wrap pallets, and move them with hand jacks. Key Highlights: - Light lifting (1-15 lbs boxes), ideal for those seeking less physically demanding work - Mandatory overtime (when needed) with shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM as well as weekends, offering extra earning potential - Standard shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - Basic counting skills required - No cell phones on the floor (food-grade facility) - Attendance is critical: More than 3 tardies/absences can lead to termination - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for a permanent role based on performance.
