Consults with the owner to identify the needs of the organization using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies. Manages site acquisition for all lease ground and potential investment properties using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies. Communicates with accountants and legal representatives in the U.S. and Mexico to review and discuss financial statements, budget reports, and make recommendations as needed to owner using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies. Communicates with clients and employees in the U.S. and Mexico to set up meetings with clients, assign and delegate tasks to employees and mentor all new hires using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies. Manages finances and complies and presents financial and budget reports to owner using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies. Performs financial forecasting and risk analysis and presents findings to owners using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies. Advises owner on how to reduce costs and increase profits using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies. Ensures that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations, maintains account books, and ensures systems are up-to-date using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies. Prepares accounts and tax returns, monitors spending and budgets, and audits and analyzes financial performances using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies. Manages and sets up manufacturing equipment and oversees training of machine operators. Purchase, monitor, and maintain equipment and machinery using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies.Interviews and hires applicants and conduct new employee orientations for our U.S. and Mexican companies using the knowledge of Land Acquisition; Operations Management; Livestock and Agricultural Regulations and Laws; and Business Strategies.
