Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Skilled Laborer to join our site work construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in various construction tasks, including cleaning, site prep, site clean up, utilizing hand/power tools and various general labor tasks. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role is a temporary 1 year contract - BG and drug screen required.

Job title:

Position: General/Clean-Up Laborer

Requirements:

• Must present yourself professionally (no face tattoos) and be very respectful.

• Must have construction, carpentry or assembly experience

• Must have experience with hand and power tools.

• Must be able to build a box out of wood if required (please confirm this during screening).

• Responsibilities may include cleaning restrooms, pressure washing, site setup and cleanup, and general construction assistance.

Job Site Details:

• The job site covers 250 acres.

• Candidates will be responsible for various labor tasks throughout the project.

• Must be able to take direction well.

• Work will be outdoors all day, in all weather conditions. Outdoor experience is crucial.

Schedule:

• 50 hours per week (5 days of 10-hour shifts).

• Opportunity for overtime on weekends.

• Start time is 6:30 AM. Attendance is extremely important.

Compliance:

• 10-panel drug test required.

• Turner Badge will be needed (handled by Populus).

PPE Requirements:

• Level 2 Hard Hat.

• Steel Toe Boots (6 inches above the ankle).

• High-Visibility Vest.

Additional Details:

• Zero tolerance for graffiti, hate speech, and discrimination. Violations will result in job site shutdown.

• Water will be available on-site; no need to bring your own.

• Medics on-site with electrolyte pops provided.

• Lunch provided once a week. Contractors are treated as permanent employees.
