TEK Systems is hiring an Order Management Specialist / Data Entry Professional with a client in the Ridgefield Park area! Our client is one of Forbes "World's Best Employers" and a global manufacturing leader.

The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for entry and maintenance of sales orders, processing returns, and partnering with other members of the Order Management team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order management for order entry processing and account procedures

• Chargeback and return processing

• Customer updates re: order status and support inquiries

• Support other partners within the Order Management team as needed

Qualified candidates will....

Have 3+ years of experience in order management / data entry in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

Have strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Have SAP experience (EDI is a plus!)

Be comfortable commuting to Ridgefield Park, NJ 5 days/week

Note: Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred but not required!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
