Location: Richmond, VA

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $17 - $20 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime available during busy seasons)

About the Team

You’ll be working with a dynamic warehouse team that includes:

  • Warehouse Manager & Assistant Warehouse Manager

  • 2 Shippers

  • 7 Full-Time Warehouse Associates

  • 4 Part-Time Warehouse Associates

  • Fulfillment Team Lead & 2 Fulfillment Associates

Job Responsibilities

  • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms to fulfill and ship orders accurately.

  • Assist in kitting drop shipment projects.

  • Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and replenishments as needed.

  • Organize products on racks, shelves, and bins according to company standards.

  • Ensure safe handling of materials to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Load and unload trucks, accept deliveries, and organize outgoing shipments.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following OSHA and company safety standards.

  • Support special projects and customer programs as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hardworking, organized, and a clear communicator.

  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using technology—experience with scan technology (iPads) and pallet decks is a plus.

  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (hot in summer, heated in winter).

Interview Process

  1. Initial phone screen with HR to discuss the role and assess interest.

  2. In-person interview with the Warehouse Manager and Logistics Operations Manager.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
