Eaton Corporation SAP Analyst - Plant Maintenance / After Market Specialist in Richmond, Virginia

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a SAP Analyst - Plant Maintenance / After Market Specialist. This role can sit anywhere in the United States must be 50 miles from an Eaton Facility.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, model, configure, and implement SAP Plant Maintenance, Aftermarket and related process solutions to meet desired financial business requirements. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and systems processes in order to recommend improvements using use Eaton standard SAP deployment model and processes. The candidate will participate in SAP implementations, provide third level support as required, and deploy enhancement projects. Candidate must understand and drive regional solutions and implement controls that are fully auditable and compliant with business and control standards.

In the function you will:

• Understand the In-depth functional and business process knowledge of SAP S4 Plant Maintenance, including interfaces and S4 core functionality.

• Partner with divisional and regional leadership and business process owners on system requirements, processes, and systems.

• Manage requirements scope, compliance, gap analysis, integration testing, and user acceptance methodology.

• Provide input on system implications of business process changes.

• Deliver functional specifications and configuration aligned with approved designs.

• Implement organizational change management plans related to projects.

• Collaborate with the SAP global governance team to ensure proposed solutions align with global standards.

• Participate in business process improvement committees as needed.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with SAP ECC (ERP Central Component) and S/4 Hana with Plant Maintenance module implementations, configuration, and support

• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of an Eaton Facility within the United States

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee

Preferred Qualifications:

• iMRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul).

• ACS (Advanced Claims Systems) Warranty tool, Cognitus.

• Debugging code and familiarity with Embedded Analytics.

• Understanding of SAP technologies such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of sectors where SAP PM is extensively used, such as manufacturing, dangerous goods, and ITAR compliance.

Skills:

• Strong level of system expertise, gathered through numerous SAP full-life cycle deployments

• SAP S/4

• Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance functionalities, including equipment and technical object management, maintenance planning, work order management, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

• Integration with other SAP modules (Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Finance).

• Good knowledge of integration with Plant Maintenance, including technical objects, repair orders, service orders, notifications, and resource-related billing.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and effective resolutions.

• Experience with After Market is a plus.

• Collaboration and Project Management:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, developers, business analysts, and end-users.

• Experience in Agile or Hybrid project management methodologies, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Leadership skills, Dealing with ambiguity, Strong drive and Self motivated, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, and Emotional Intelligence
