TEKsystems Process Manager in Richmond, Virginia

Top Skills:

  • Process Improvement Experience

  • FMEA or COBIT would be extremely beneficial

  • Experience working in Financial Services

  • Risk Management

  • Any mix of the following – Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, ITSM, COBIT

    Required to conduct a review of inherent risk of process activities and evaluate the effectiveness of the associated controls/metrics. Drives operational excellence via process improvement by establishing consistent internal process architecture in line with Enterprise Policy and Standards. Ensuring complete and accurate design and full integration of all process with linkage to best practices. Role is accountable for ensuring risk and compliance objects are met, as well as the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer /employee satisfaction and continuous process improvements. Works closely with the business executive and process owners.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $61.00/hr.
