Deloitte Integration Lead - Federal Health in Richmond, Virginia

Work you'll do
Leadership and Strategy: Lead the integration team and set the vision and strategy for system integration projects.
Integration Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of integration architecture, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
Project Management: Manage integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight and guidance on integration solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful integration.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with integration vendors and service providers.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest integration technologies and best practices, and continuously improve the organization's integration capabilities.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Typically has 7 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to support engagements of greater than average size and complexity
Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Professional oral and written communication skills
Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 20 - 50% depending on the client and industries you serve
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or government consulting experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325.00 to $188,875.00.
