Those in internal change and communication at PwC will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication and change strategies and initiatives targeted at internal stakeholders within the organisation. You will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organisation's goals, values, and initiatives.

The Opportunity
As part of the Firm Strategy and Communications team you are responsible for managing internal and external corporate communications. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You also build client relationships, manage multiple accounts, and mentor junior staff to maintain quality work and adherence to deadlines.

What You Must Have
High School Diploma
6 years of experience in progressive managerial roles involving internal and external corporate communications
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric preferred
Building and utilizing networks of client relationships
Managing multiple accounts and stakeholder relationships
Ensuring quality work and deadline adherence

The salary range for this position is: $89,000 - $315,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
