Position Summary: Our client is looking for experienced EDD Analysts to support financial crime and compliance initiatives for a large multinational organization. Ideal candidates will bring exceptional analytical, investigative, and written communication skills, along with one or more of the qualifications below. The role is expected to last 1 year, and is fully remote. Essential Duties: • Perform detailed Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk clients using advanced research tools and methodologies. • Generate clear and concise reports summarizing customer and transaction activity, referring cases of concern for further escalation or account closure as appropriate. • Conduct investigations into high-risk customer activity, complex transactional patterns, or other risk-sensitive operations. • Work collaboratively to meet tight deadlines and support team objectives while maintaining accuracy and quality. • Exhibit initiative, professionalism, and a results-driven attitude in a fast-paced environment. • Assist in developing and enhancing compliance monitoring tools and frameworks to mitigate risk. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to streamline significant investigative efforts. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Journalism, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines that require strong research and analytical capabilities. • 2-5 years of experience in roles such as compliance, audit, investigations, risk management, or related financial functions. • 2-5 years in a legal role without holding a Juris Doctorate (JD). • 2-5 years of experience working in BSA/AML compliance, sanctions, or law enforcement. • Advanced credentials, such as a JD, master's degree, or CAMS certification, are preferred.. • Travel Requirements: No travel is required, unless requested by the client. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current yearly compensation range for this role is $99,000 to $118,000 on W2.
