Construction Worker/Flagger

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Construction Workers/Flaggers for civil highway projects in the Richmond area. The pay range is $17 - $18 per hour based on experience. All construction workers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

• Assist with installation of new guardrail systems

• Assist with repair of old guardrail systems

• Use hand and electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install guardrail components

• On project training provided

• ATTSA Certification (Not required but preferred)

• Occasional Flagger duties

• Heavy lifting required

Ultimate Construction Worker/Flagger Requirements

• 1+ years of construction experience

• Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots, metatarsal cover)

• Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

• Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 80 lbs without assistance

• Drug Test Required

• Background Check Required

• ATTSA Flagger Cert (Not Required but Preferred)
